Work grounded in evidence and people

Emily’s work has ranged from global organizations including Apple, Meta and Unilever to policy reform at the heart of UK government. Her focus is consistent: understand the evidence, respect human judgment and turn difficult ideas into decisions people can actually use.

Through Anthro Advisory, she helps organizations apply evidence, communication and AI to real operational and strategic problems. A Seat at the Table brings that same approach into a small, practical room.

Why she teaches this workshop

Many capable women are approaching generative AI cautiously—not because they lack the ability, but because they have had less encouragement, less room to experiment and more reason to worry that using the tool will be judged. Emily designed the workshop to replace that uncertainty with supervised practice.

There is no performance of technical expertise. Participants bring their own work, learn the safety basics and leave knowing how to repeat the process independently.
